Option # 1 - Pay per visit

First Child
Youth: $2.00 per visit
Adult: $4.00 per visit
Non-Members: $6.00 per visit

Siblings
Youth: $1.50 per visit
Adult: $3.00 per visit
Non-Members: $4.00 per visit

Option # 2 - Bill to Monthly Dues

You can have visits billed along with your monthly dues. With your pre-authorization, visits will be charged to your authorized electronic transfer account along with your next month's dues. (i.e. March visits will be charged along with April dues.). A monthly printout of charges is available upon request.

Option # 3 - Pre-Paid Visit Package ** RECEIVE A $5.00 CREDIT **

Purchase a $50.00 package and receive a $5.00 credit toward that package. Your visits will be applied towards that $55.00 balance. A monthly printout of charges is available upon request. [See fee schedule below]
