Abs Blast: how do you develop that washboard look? This class focuses on firming and defining the abdominals and will help you maintain good posture and a healthy back.

Cycle: a cardio class without comparison. Start pedaling and let yourself go as your instructor takes you on a ride to build your stamina and strengthen your cycling skills. This class uses stationary bikes; perfect for any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist or serious racer.

MIND & BODY
Pilates Mat Class: a total body-mind workout focused on concentrated movements. to emphasize strong abdominal and lower back muscles. This class will enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace, and coordination.

Flow Yoga: develop strength, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility. Flow Yoga uses powerful movements to produce a stronger, longer, leaner, more graceful physique. Water and a towel are a must.

Yoga: a high-energy workout made up of a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong flowing movement. This active class ends with relaxation. Yoga is always free at The Beverly Club.

Yoga Bar: combine yoga postures and Pilates core strength exercises by adding four-inch balls and a four-pound weighted mini bar. Benefits include tighter buttocks, thighs and abs, a stronger core center and increased flexibility and energy level. Water and a mat are a must.

Aqua: cardio, strengthening and resistance exercises improve endurance, balance and overall body conditioning in a low-impact workout. Emphases include legs, arms and abdominals.
